Employers with 25 or fewer U.S. employees and nonprofits pay reduced USCIS fees; each category page itemizes the exact figure for your situation. Flat attorney fee. USCIS fees are shown from the current USCIS fee schedule and billed at cost; premium processing is optional. Every fee is set out in a written engagement agreement before work begins.
