Questions companies ask

Can an early-stage startup sponsor a visa?

Yes. Many categories have no minimum company size or revenue. Counsel can assess the category and corporate structure for your stage.

Which work visa categories do you currently support?

Our current work visa focus is O-1A, O-1B, and TN. Counsel can discuss whether one of these categories fits the candidate and role.

What does sponsorship cost the company?

Costs include legal and government fees. Confirm the quote with counsel, including which costs the employer must pay.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on the category, evidence preparation, and available processing options. Green card timelines also depend on visa availability. Counsel can estimate a timeline for your hire.

Can you work alongside our HR platform or existing counsel?

Yes. Support can be coordinated with your HR team, PEO, and existing counsel for an individual hire or ongoing needs.
